10 tips on how a foreign brand can win Brazilian hearts

Tatiana Maia Lins, our CEO and founder, presented a research about “What do Brazilians care in foreign brands that operate in Brazil”, giving ten general tips on how to win Brazilian hearts, at the 16th International Conference on Corporate Reputation, Brand, Identity and Competitiveness, held by the Reputation Institute, in Milan (may-june 2012).
The research was done in a partnership with Marcelo Silva Ramos, Rodrigo Cotrim and Raquel Goulart, from Póntos Consulting and Research.
